| 产品介绍 | IL-12 is a disulfide-linked heterodimeric protein (p70), composed of two subunits, p35 and p40, which are encoded by two different genes. IL-12 is predominantly produced by macrophages and B lymphocytes. IL-12 functions as a growth factor for activated T and NK cells, enhences the lytic activity of NK/lymphokine activated killer cells, and stimulates the production of IFN-γ by resting PBMC. This recombinant human IL-12 is produced by human cells.(Tag free) Biological activity: The activity was measured by its ability to stimulate the proliferation of PHA transformed human peripheral blood lymphoblast. Reconstitution: Briefly centrifuge the vial before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the protein in sterile PBS containing 0.1% endotoxin-free recombinant human serum albumin.
