| 产品介绍 | Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) is an EGF related polypeptide growth factor that signals through the TNFRSF1A/TNFR1 and TNFRSF1B/TNFBR. It is mainly secreted by macrophages and also produced by monocytes, keratinocytes, and various tumor cells. TNFα stimulates the proliferation of a wide range of epidermal and epithelial cells. TNFα is potent pyrogen causing fever by direct action or by stimulation of interleukin-1 secretion and is implicated in the induction of cachexia. Under certain conditions it can stimulate cell proliferation and induce cell differentiation, impair regulatory T cells (Treg) function in individuals with rheumatoid arthritis via FOXP3 dephosphorylation. This recombinant human TNF alpha (Glycosylated homotrimer) is produced by human cells.(Tag free) Biological activity: The activity was measured by the cytotoxicity in L-929 cell in the presence of actinomycin D. Reconstitution: Briefly centrifuge the vial before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the protein in sterile PBS containing 0.1% endotoxin-free recombinant human serum albumin.
