Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.5 ?g per 106 in 100 ?l staining volume or 100 ?l of whole blood. For immunohistochemistry, a concentration range of 5 - 10 ?g/mL is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Clone MHL-38 is not compatible with Human TruStain FcX (Fc Receptor Blocking Solution) (Cat. No. 422301 & 422302).
