Application: ELISA Capture -?Quality tested
Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA. For ELISA capture applications, a concentration of 2.0?g/mL is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of human CCL20 (MIP-3α) recombinant protein ranging from 7.81pg/mL to 500pg/mL are recommended for each ELISA plate. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance.
Application Notes: ELISA Capture: The purified L2412F11 antibody is useful as the capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA, when used in conjunction with the biotinylated L2418G3 antibody (Cat. No. 534604) as the detection antibody.

Note: For testing human CCL20 (MIP-3a) in cell culture supernatant, serum, plasma (EDTA), and other biological fluids, BioLegend's LEGEND MAX? Kits (Cat. No. 441407 & 441408) are specially developed and recommended.
