Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by western blotting. For western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.25 - 0.5??g/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

This product does not recognize mouse or human HOMER1 in Western Blot.
This product only recognizes full length HOMER1 (Homer1b/c) and not the truncated variant Homer1a.
