Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by blocking the binding of 3 ?g/mL biotinylated recombinant hPLAUR (uPAR) to 2 ?g/mL immobilized human u-Plasminogen Activator (Urokinase) (Cat. No. 755304). ND₅₀ range: 4 - 20 ?g/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.?
