For immunoprecipitation, the suggested use of this reagent is 2.0??g/test. For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration range of 1.0?- 10??g/mL is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes: This product was tested and did not produce a detectable signal for mouse cross-reactivity in WB.
