Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, a concentration range of 0.02 - 2.0 ?g/ml for?human and 0.01 - 0.02 ?g/ml for murine?is suggested.?For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration range of 1.0 - 10 ?g/ml is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
