Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes: Clone A17199H is able to block the staining of clone PO3. This clone is able to block the interaction between CD86 and CD28.
