Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ChIP Assay. The suggested dilution for ChIP application is 1:50 - 1:200 by volume. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.125 ?g per million cells in 100 ?l volume. It is recommended that the reagent to be titrated for optimal performance before each experiment.
Application Notes: Does not cross-react with mouse for ICFC.

?Based on in-house testing, clone A17016B cross-reacts to Mouse STAT5 Phospho (Tyr694) in Western blots, but it is not recommended for intracellular flow cytometry application due to dim staining
