Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.05 - 0.5 ?g per ml. Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular flow cytometry using our True-Phos? Perm Buffer in Whole Blood Protocol. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 ?l per million cells or 5 ?l per 100 ?l of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
