Concentration: The antibody is bottled at the concentration indicated on the vial, typically between 2 mg/mL and 3 mg/mL. Older lots may have also been bottled at 1 mg/mL. To obtain lot-specific concentration, please enter the lot number in our Concentration and Expiration Lookup or Certificate of Analysis online tools.
Storage & Handling: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C. This Ultra-LEAF? solution contains no preservative; handle under aseptic conditions.
Application: Block - Quality tested
Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by blocking. The ND₅₀ is 0.05 - 0.25 ?g/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Distribution: CCL15 is produced by smooth muscle cells, basophils, and hepatic carcinoma cells.
Function: CCL15 induces migration of monocytes, eosinophils, and lymphocytes. CCL15 is activated by cathepsin G, elastase, and MMPs. TNF?± and IFN?? synergistically induce CCL15 in human airway smooth muscle cells in culture.
Interaction: Monocytes, eosinophils, airway smooth muscle cells, hepatic carcinoma cells, human osteogenic sarcoma cells, and osteoclast progenitors.
