Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 - 2.5 ?g per ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Application Notes

RORa has two isoforms, 53 kD and 59 kD, and this antibody recognizes both isoforms.

This antibody does not recognize human.

RORα can bind as a monomer or homodimer to hormone response elements upstream of several genes to enhance the expression of those genes.
