Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 1.0 ?g per ml. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 0.1 - 10 μg/ml is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
The immunogen used to generate clone 6E6D03 is the N-terminus of Tox1, which is highly conserved among Tox family member proteins. Hence, this clone may recognize multiple Tox family members. Predicted MW for Tox family members: Tox 1 is 57.5 kD, Tox 2 is 49, 52, 53, 55 kD, Tox 3 is 63 kD and Tox 4 is 64, 66 kD.
