For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is?0.5 - 2.0??g per mL.?It is recommended that the reagent to be titrated for optimal performance before each experiment.
Application Notes: There are eight splicing variants with predicted MW 58, 53, 48(2), 43, 41, 31, 24 KDa. This antibody might recognize some of the isoforms.
