Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 - 2.5 ?g/ml. For immunofluorescence microscopy, a concentration range of 0.5 - 2.5 μg/ml is recommended.?For intracellular flow cytometry using our?True-Phos? Perm Buffer, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 ?l per million cells or 5 ?l per 100 ?l of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
This antibody can also weakly react with Syk Phospho (Tyr352) on WB.
