Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 - 2.0 ?g per mL.?For immunoprecipitation, the suggested use of this reagent is 2.0 - 10 μg per mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Function
IRF1 is a transcription factor, regulating expression of IFN and IFN-inducible genes. It is also involved in regulating cell proliferation, apoptosis, tumor suppression, and various immune responses.

Forms homodimers. Interacts with p300, MyD88, and PIAS3.
