Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 - 0.25 ?g/mL (1:2000-1:5000 dilution). For immunoprecipitation, the suggested use of this reagent is 2.0?- 10 μg per mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes: At high antibody concentrations, a weak, non-specific band of ~30 kDa may appear in western blots.
