Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.25??g per million cells in 100 ?L volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Application Notes

The WT.1 antibody recognizes both activated and unactivated LFA-1 and inhibits the binding of LFA-1 to ICAM-1. The WT.1 antibody has been shown to inhibit the mixed lymphocyte reaction, leukocyte infiltration, and graft rejection. Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunohistochemistry of acetone-fixed frozen sections^1,2, immunoprecipitation³, in vivo and in vitro blocking of cellular adhesion^3-6.
