Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 - 1.0 ?g per ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes: WL4G10 does not recognize mouse Lamin A or C.

WL4G10 failed to immunoprecipitate Lamin A or C from HeLa lysates.

During PD testing for ICC applications, WL4G10 staining of PFA-fixed HeLa cells was compatible with both Methanol and Triton X-100 permeabilization methods; observed staining was slightly better with Triton X-100 permabilization.
