Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 ?L per million cells in 100 ?L staining volume or 5 ?L per 100 ?L of whole blood.

* PE/Dazzle? 594 has a maximum excitation of 566 nm and a maximum emission of 610 nm.

Application Notes

Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunoprecipitation³, immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen tissue sections^3,5, and activation of integrin ?₁^4,7,8. The LEAF? purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/?g, Azide-Free, 0.2 ?m filtered) is recommended for functional assays (Cat. No. 303010). Clone TS2/16 recognizes epitope A2.¹⁰
