Application

ELISA - Quality tested
Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For use as an ELISA standard, a concentration range of 9.3-600 pg/ml is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance.

Application Notes

The purified TOSGAA1 antibody is useful as a standard for mouse anti-ovalbumin IgG2a ELISA assay, when used in conjunction with 10 ?g/ml of chicken egg albumin (ovalbumin) as the coating solution and biotinylated anti-mouse IgG2a antibody (Cat. No. 407104) as the detecting antibody.
