Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 2.5 - 5.0 ?g/mL.?For immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue, a concentration range of 5.0 - 10.0 ?g/mL is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunohistochemical staining on frozen tissue sections^1,2,4,8?(IHC), immunocytochemistry^5,6 (ICC), and western blot (WB).^3,7
