Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.015 ?g per million cells in 100 ?l volume.?For magnetic cell separation with?MojoSort? streptavidin Nanobeads (Cat. No. 480015/480016), the suggested use of this reagent is?≤0.15 ?g per 10 million cells in 100 ?l volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
