- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by blocking the binding of 0.025 ?g/mL recombinant mouse IFN-γ (Cat. No 575302) to 1 ?g/mL immobilized recombinant mouse IFNGR1 (Fc Tag). ND50 range: 0.009 - 0.05 ?g/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
