- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by inhibiting proliferation induced by recombinant mouse GM-CSF (Cat. No. 576306) at 0.3 ng/mL on FDC-P1 cells. ND50 range: 0.3 - 1.5 μg/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
