For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.5??g per million cells in 100 ?L volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Application Notes: Clone QA18A18 of antibody can block binding of H57-597 clone on target and vice versa. The QA18A18 antibody can be used for T-cell activation. The QA18A18 antibody does not cross-react with γ/δ TCR-bearing T cells.
