Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. Suggested working dilution(s): Use 0.125 - 1.0 ?g per ml antibody dilution buffer per mini-gel. Do not use dilution or blocking buffers containing milk as they may interfere with antibody binding to proteins of interest. Dilution and blocking buffers containing 4% bovine serum albumin are recommended for use with this antibody. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 0.2 - 0.5 μg/ml is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
