Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded immunohistochemical staining. For immunohistochemistry, a concentration range of 0.1 - 0.5 ?g/mL is suggested. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 - 0.5 ?g/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Application Notes

Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunocytochemistry (ICC).

This antibody is well characterized and highly reactive to neuron specific Class III ?-Tubulin (?III), but does not identify ?-tubulin found in glial cells. This product may contain other non-IgG subtypes.
