- The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C.
- Application
-
WB - Quality tested
ICC - Verified
- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by western blotting. For western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.25 - 1.0 ?g/mL. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 2.5 - 5.0 μg/mL is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
For ICC, we recommend fixation with MeOH. Fixation in 4% PFA followed by permeabilization with MeOH, and fixation in 4% PFA followed by permeabilization with 0.5% Triton X-100 were both tested but produced weak staining.
This clone is not recommended for IHC-P. Testing was conducted using formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human testis but only a faint signal was produced
