Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 - 1.0 ?g/ml. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 1.0 - 5.0 μg/ml is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes: Clone P82D6D7 may also recognize the other Tubulin a members since this clone was developed with partial sequence of tubulin a 8 (a.a. 294-449) that shares high percentage of homology with other members in the Tubulin a family such as tubulin a 4A, tubulin a 3C/D, and tubulin a 1A.
