- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded immunohistochemical staining. For immunohistochemistry, a concentration range of 1.0?- 10??g/mL is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

P4G7 is equivalent to MAb P4D1. The ubiquitin protein is extremely well conserved and thus the antibody has extensive species cross-reactivity from yeast to human. This antibody was specifically developed to detect ubiquitin and ubiquitin-substrate conjugates by immunoblotting.
