Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 ?L?per million cells in 100 ?L?staining volume or 5 ?L?per 100 ?L?of whole blood. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 5.0 - 10 μg per mL?is recommended. For immunohistochemical staining on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, the suggested use of this reagent is 5.0 - 10 ?g per mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

* Alexa Fluor? 647 has a maximum emission of 668 nm when it is excited at 633nm / 635nm.

Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: inhibition of T cell activation², immunohistochemical staining^1,3 of frozen tissue sections and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, and Western blotting¹. The Ultra-LEAF? Purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.01 EU/?g, Azide-Free, 0.2 ?m filtered) is recommended for functional assays (Cat. No. 306221 and 306222).
