ELISA Capture - Quality tested
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For use as an ELISA capture antibody, a concentration range of 1-4 ?g/ml is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of TSLP recombinant protein ranging from 200 to 3.1 ng/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate.
ELISA Capture: Purified and Ultra-LEAF? purified 15B11.3 antibody are useful as a capture antibody for a sandwich ELISA assay, when used in conjunction with the biotinylated Poly5159 antibody (Cat. No. 515903) as the detecting antibody.
