- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunohistochemical staining on frozen tissue sections. For immunohistochemistry, a dilution range of 1:250 - 1:500 is suggested. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested dilution of this reagent is between 1:250 - 1:500. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
