Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 1.0 ?g per 106 cells in 100 ?l volume. For immunohistochemical staining on frozen tissue sections, a concentration range of 5.0 - 10 ?g/ml is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Clone OX-114 has been shown to bind both two and three domain forms of mouse CD1471.
CD147 is expressed at varying levels in many cells types, including haematopoietic, epithelial, and endothelial cells. Expressed on immature thymocytes and at varying levels on spleen cells , bone marrow cells and macrophages.
