- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded immunohistochemical staining. For immunohistochemistry, a concentration range of 5.0 - 10.0 ?g/mL is suggested. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 - 5.0 ?g per mL.?For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 0.5 - 10 μg/mL is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

The reactivity of Alexa Fluor? 647 and Alexa Fluor? 488 anti-NSE antibody was verified in FFPE mouse and rat tissue.
