Application

ELISA Capture - Quality tested

Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For ELISA Capture applications, the antibody should be titrated between 0.25 - 2 ?g/ml to determine optimal condition. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Application Notes

ELISA or ELISPOT Capture2:?The purified NIB42 antibody is useful as the capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA, when used in conjunction with the biotinylated 4S.B3 antibody (Cat. No. 502504/502514) as the detecting antibody. The Ultra-LEAF? purified antibody is suggested for ELISPOT capture. For ELISPOT capture applications, a concentration range of 0.5 - 2.0 ?g/ml is recommended.
Neutralization1: The Ultra-LEAF? purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/?g, Azide-Free, 0.2 ?m filtered) is recommended for neutralization of human IFN-? bioactivity (Cat. No. 502405 & 502406).
Note: For testing human IFN-? in serum or plasma, BioLegend's ELISA Max? Sets (Cat. No. 430101 to 430106) are specially developed and recommended.
