Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded immunohistochemical staining. For immunohistochemistry, a concentration range of 5.0 - 10.0 ?g/mL is suggested. For western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 1.0 ?g/mL. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Does not react with human in Western blot. Lysates were heated at 50°C for ten minutes prior to electrophoresis.
Expressed in the cell membrane and cytoplasm, with elevated expression in neurons and the parathyroid gland
