Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. A concentration of 2 ?g/ml of the capture antibody was utilized to generate the example standard curve for human mesothelin. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.25 - 1.0 ?g per million cells in 100 ?L volume. It is recommended that each lot of reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
ELISA Capture: To measure human mesothelin, this antibody can be used as a capture antibody in sandwich ELISA format, and paired with the biotinylated (clone MB) antibody (Cat. No. 520203) as the detection antibody. Recombinant Human Mesothelin (ELISA Std.) (Cat. No. 593209) can be used as the protein standard.
Note: For testing human mesothelin in serum, plasma, or supernatant, LEGEND MAX? Human Mesothelin ELISA Kit (Cat. No. 438607 & 438608) is specially developed and recommended.
