- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤1.0 ?g per million cells in 100 ?l volume. For immunohistochemical staining on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration range of 1.0 - 10 ?g/ml is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunohistochemical staining on frozen tissue sections1, western blotting1, and immunoprecipitation1.
