Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 ?l per million cells or 5 ?l per 100 ?l of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

* Alexa Fluor? 647 has a maximum emission of 668 nm when it is excited at 633 nm / 635 nm.

Application Notes

Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: inhibition of T cell proliferation and cytokine production1. Clone MIH26 has agonistic activity on BTLA, resulting in the inhibition of activation.

The Ultra-LEAF? purified antibody (Endotoxin < 0.01 EU/?g, Azide-Free, 0.2 ?m filtered) is recommended for use in in vitro and in vivo biofunctional assays.
