Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 ?l per million cells in 100 ?l staining volume or 5 ?l per 100 ?l of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: intracellular staining¹, immunoprecipitation¹, immunohistochemistry¹ of acetone-fixed frozen tissue sections, B cell activation¹, protection from apoptosis induced by radiation or dexamethasone, and induction of the costimulatory molecule CD80 (B7-1)¹. The Ultra-LEAF? purified antibody (Endotoxin < 0.01 EU/?g, Azide-Free, 0.2 ?m filtered) is recommended for functional assays (Cat. No. 312913 and 312914).
