-
ELISA - Quality tested
Neut - Reported in the literature, not verified in house
- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay.
- Application Notes
ELISA Detection4: The biotinylated MH9D1 antibody is useful as a detection antibody for a human IL-9 sandwich ELISA assay, when used in conjunction with purified MH9A4 antibody as the capture antibody.
Neutralization2, 3: The Ultra-LEAF? purified antibody (Endotoxin < 0.01 EU/?g, Azide-Free, 0.2 ?m filtered) is recommended for neutralization of human IL-9 bioactivity.
