- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.5 ?g per million cells in 100 ?L volume. For immunohistochemical staining on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, the suggested use of this reagent is 5.0 - 10 ?g/mL.?It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
Clone KPL-1 is reported to recognize the tyrosine sulfation consensus motif of PSGL-11.?Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: Western Blot1, immunoprecipitation2, immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen tissue sections and formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections1, blocks the recognition of PSGL-1 with P- and L-selectin1.
