FC - Quality tested
- Recommended Usage
- Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤1.0 ?g per million cells in 100 ?l volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Excitation Laser
- Red Laser (633 nm)
- Application Notes
The JJ319 antibody has been reported to augment in vitro T cell proliferation and enhance IL-2 production. Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunoprecipitation, in vitro costimulation of proliferation responses1, and in vitro costimulation of IL-2 production in the presence of R73 antibody (anti-rat a/? TCR, Cat. No. 201112)2.
