FC - Quality tested

Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric analysis, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.25 ?g per 106 cells in 100 ?l volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Blue Laser (488 nm)
Green Laser (532 nm)/Yellow-Green Laser (561 nm)
Application Notes

The IK22/5 antibody has been reported to block the binding of RANK ligand-Fc to RANK.?Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunoprecipitation2, Western blotting2, and blocking of ligand binding1,2,4. The Ultra-LEAF? purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.01 EU/?g, Azide-Free, 0.2 ?m filtered) is recommended for functional assays (Cat. No. 510009-510014).
