Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 5.0 - 10 ?g per ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Application Notes

Clone HWA4C4 detects Polyubiquitin chains formed by the linkage with Lys63 residue.

It does not cross-react with any other isopeptide-linked (K6, K11, K27, K29, K33, or K48) polyubiquitinylated species.

Polyubiquitin-C is involved in Poly(A) RNA, protein, and protease binding. The polymeric protein is involved in protein degradation, DNA repair, kinase modification, endocytosis, and cell cycle regulation.

Numerous targets including CDK-mediated phosphorylation and removal of CDc6, loss of function of SMAD2/3 in cancer, and signaling by NOTCH1 PEST Domain Mutants in cancer.
