Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.25 ?g per million cells in 100 ?l volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Application Notes

Clone H1.1 recognizes both gp49A and gp49B. Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include in vitro activation of gp49B to inhibit cytokine production.? The LEAF? or Ultra-LEAF? purified antibody is recommended for functional assays (contact our custom solutions team).
