- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.5 ?g per million cells in 100 ?l volume. For immunohistochemical staining on frozen tissue sections, the suggested use of this reagent is 2.5 - 5.0 ?g per ml.?It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
The GL7 antibody does not block the binding of CD22 with sulfated a2-6-sialyl-LacNAc.
Cross-reactivity to ferret has been reported by a collaborator, but not verified in house.
